Shipping Policy

Article 1. General Information

This page presents the costs and delivery times associated with shipping a package. The various delivery options are offered when placing an order. They vary based on the type of product, the delivery address and the dimensions of the product. To be delivered on time, your payment must first be confirmed, as we only ship products once payment has been received.

Article 2. Shipping origin and destinations

All orders are shipped from our European warehouse, located in the Czech Republic. From there, we deliver to customers in the European Union and around the world. Available delivery options and estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and are displayed during checkout.

Article 3. Standard delivery

Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 business days within the European Union. For destinations outside the European Union, the estimated delivery time is shown during checkout. A signature is always required upon delivery of the parcel. It is important to provide a phone number when placing the order, since we pass this on to the carrier, who will use it if there is any trouble locating your address. Parcels are never delivered to your mailbox unless you have provided the carrier with a waiver prior to delivery.

Article 4. Express delivery

With express delivery, we deliver the parcel within 24 hours to eligible destinations. Eligible destinations are shown during checkout. Thanks to our transport contract, if you receive the parcel any later, the carrier will reimburse the delivery costs.

Article 5. Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and your country of delivery. To see them, please add the desired products to your basket and proceed to checkout.

Article 6. Taxes, duties and customs

For deliveries within the European Union, no additional fees or duties are charged upon delivery, as VAT has already been collected at the time of purchase.

For deliveries outside the European Union, import taxes, customs duties, VAT or customs clearance fees may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the price of the order or the delivery costs and must be paid by the customer. The customer is also responsible for handling all import formalities.

Article 7. Delivery times

Delivery times are displayed during checkout. They depend on the selected delivery option and the country of delivery.

Article 8. Parcel collection times

Carriers collect parcels from our warehouse Monday through Friday. For standard deliveries, carriers pick up parcels at 11:00 am. For express deliveries, carriers pick up parcels at 1:00 pm. Any orders placed after these cut-off times will be given to carriers the following business day.

Article 9. Tracking parcels

Within no more than 12 hours after placing an order, you will receive an e-mail and an SMS notifying you that your parcel has been shipped. We will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your parcel in real time.
