Je suis assez mitigé. Même si les résultats sont intéressants, mon origine grecque du côté de ma mère n’apparaît absolument pas, ce qui est assez décevant. Quand je contact le support, celui-ci commence par me faire croire que c’est normal. Alors que dans leur annonce c’est bien précisé qu’il y a une enveloppe dans laquelle envoyer les tubes.
Ils me disent que finalement ils me renvoient un colis complet. Au bout de 15 jours, toujours aucune info de suivi du nouveau colis.
Là il me répond d’être patiente car c’est un certain monsieur Joseph qui s’en occupe ( qu’est-ce que j’en ai à faire ça ne me Regarde pas), Il faut absolument que j’attende son retour pour avoir soit des nouvelles du colis sans mon remboursement. Quand je leur dis que sur leur site noir sur blanc, il était écrit qu’il le rembourse en cas de colis incomplet ce qui est mon cas, Ils me répondent que je suis une situation particulière et qu’on doit attendre ce Mr. Joseph. Un peu déstabilisé par ce courrier. Pas d’instructions sur comment faire le prélèvement, pas d’enveloppe fournie pour le renvoi et les échantillons entiers ne rentre pas dans la poche zippée. Je vais devoir aller acheter une enveloppe avec accusé de réception pour la République Czech sans trop savoir si c’est la bonne démarche à suivre.
