Malgré la réception d'un tube cassé sur les 2 tubes du test parental, ils ont quand même procédé à l'analyse. Ils ont été extrêmement professionnel en me rassurant et en me tenant informé, très agréable d'ailleurs j'ai reçu en dédommagement de cette mésaventure un bonus mais j'ignore ce que c'est? J'ai un courrier qui le dit bref Nickel je vous les conseils très pro.
